Who we are

E-Finder is operated by Kravex, a cybersecurity company based in Romania. This platform helps users discover cyber and tech events in Romania.

What data we collect

When you submit an event, we collect:

• Email address (required) — to notify you about your submission status
• Name (optional) — for attribution if you choose to provide it
• Organization name (optional)
• Event details (title, description, dates, location, URLs)

We also collect:

• IP address — temporarily, for rate limiting and spam prevention

How we use your data

• To review and publish submitted events
• To notify you when your event is approved or rejected
• To prevent spam and abuse
• To contact you about sponsorship inquiries (only if you opt in)

What we don't do

• We don't sell your data
• We don't use tracking or analytics cookies
• We don't share your email with third parties
• We don't send marketing emails

Data storage

Your data is stored securely in Supabase (PostgreSQL database) hosted in the EU (Frankfurt). Emails are sent via Resend. We retain submission data for as long as the event is listed, plus 12 months after the event date for record-keeping.

Your rights (GDPR)

You have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent at any time

Cookies

We only use essential cookies for admin authentication. No tracking cookies, no analytics cookies, no third-party cookies. The admin session cookie is strictly necessary for site operation and does not require consent.
